Lobsterman Swim the Course

Join us for a race prep training session on the actual course.......the goal of the session is to swim the actual course. Secondary goal is to either ride or run some of the course. Some will do both!
Great chance to practice open water sighting on the course! Open to all swimmers - not just athletes planning to race the 2008 Lobsterman.
We need to be in the water and ready to go at 3:30pm to swim on the same tide as race day.
We will meet at transition zone on the swim course.....we'll explain the swim course and transition....as well as do a race course preview.
